DAMAC Cavalli Tower is a 70-storey ultra-luxury skyscraper in Dubai Marina co-designed with Roberto Cavalli. The tower features branded interiors, a private beach club, and one of Dubai Marina's most distinctive silhouettes — with sweeping sea and Palm views from upper floors.
Investment Insight: Ultra-luxury branded residences in Dubai Marina consistently achieve premium rental yields due to short-term rental demand. The Cavalli brand targets the global UHNWI market, with units expected to command AED 450–650/night on short-term platforms post-handover.
